    I kept seeing people post results of WODs online and decided I wanted to try it out.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    I like Karen. It was the first “girl” WOD I tried and is still my benchmark.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    Front Squate.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    Slipknot, Flogging Molly, rage against the machine
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    I like to run races. Half marathons, marathons, or Ragnar relays.
