  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    My cousin introduced me to Crossfit 3 years ago. I was playing soccer 3 nights a week and immediately became obsessed with Crossfit.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    I have two favorite WOD’s. The first is Diane because I like deadlifts and handstand push-ups. I also enjoy doing Annie. I really enjoy all the skill movements in Crossfit.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    I love hang cleans and I like workouts with box jumps.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    I enjoy all types of music. You can find Britney Spears, Luke Bryan, Black Eyed Peas, The Cars, and The Cult, to name a few.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    I like to cook and when I get a chance I like to ride my road bike to the beach.
