  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I started doing CrossFit because my brother had said I would be hooked coming from an athletic background of Water Polo and Swimming. He was right.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    My favorite WOD is “Amanda” because it has two of my favorite movements, yet still continues to kick my butt.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    My favorite exercise has to be anything that involves snatches. Mainly because I have come so far in that movement and that progression is the most rewarding.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    On my iTunes playlist you would find a wide variety of music ranging from House/Electronica, Hip Hop, Country, and Indie Rock. But my preference would be Vocal Deep House.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    Aside from social outings with friends, I like to be a nerd and play computer games.
