  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    My friend and old globo-gym workout buddy Oliver Suba introduced me to CrossFit in September 2009. He called me up one day to go workout with him at a local park. At the time I thought we were just going to run a few laps around the park. He mentioned to me on our to the park that we would be doing something called Tabata Something Else! Immediately after the workout I knew that CrossFit would be a big part of my life for years to come. Its amazing how those 16 minutes of Tabata Something Else has changed my life for the better!
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    I don’t have a particular favorite WOD but I do enjoy each and every WOD that we do at the box. The one that makes me the most nervous is Fight Gone Bad! You can usually find me on the floor some where at the end of Fight Gone Bad gasping for air.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    Muscle-ups and squat snatches!!! Muscles-ups because they are super fun to do. Squat snatches because its something that I’m not very good at which makes me want to work on them even more.
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    I listen to a wide variety of music. Before a WOD I like listening to house music, hip-hop, and dubstep. While working out I don’t have any preference in music because most of the time I don’t hear anything in the middle of a WOD anyways.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    When I’m not working out or resting I’m hanging out with my wonderful family and beautiful girlfriend! I can’t stand watching TV at home (unless its sports related) but I love going to the theaters to watch a movie! I enjoy playing poker, basketball, football and softball. Pretty much any activity that involves competition count me in! When the snow is good in the local mountains I’ll go snowboarding here and there. Oh yeah…I also LOVE eating Sprinkles cupcakes!
