1 year ago on April 1st 2011, I joined Chino Hills Crossfit and it has changed my life and those around me forever. I was 1 year away from turning 30 and was extremely overweight, out of shape and wanted to do something about it but couldn’t find anything to motivate myself.
After only a couple of months I felt a renewed competitive drive and sense for adventure that I hadn’t felt since college. Since starting Crossfit I have been able to run a 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, and just signed up for my first Triathalon. Final weigh in on April 1st 2012 was at 175lbs I’ve lost a total of 45lbs and put on lot of muscle.
