I've been dropping in a few times when I visit family. I CrossFit in Vegas and they have always been welcoming. Coaches are great and motivate you. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for to try out CrossFit and in the area.

Down from 296 to 240 and still going!  Lost 50+ pounds, off all cholesterol medications, perfect blood pressure, completed  full marathon within 11 months of beginning CrossFit. Began Paleo diet and feel better. I love my new friends at the gym, I miss them when I can’t go and workout and visit. The environment the trainers have created suites me fine and it is something that is very difficult to put into words. CFCH saved my life. No doubt about it.

1 year ago on April 1st 2011, I joined Chino Hills Crossfit and it has changed my life and those around me forever.  I was 1 year away from turning 30 and was extremely overweight, out of shape and wanted to do something about it but couldn't find anything to motivate myself. After only a couple of months I felt a renewed competitive drive and sense for adventure that I hadn't felt since college.  Since starting Crossfit I have been able to run a 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, and just signed up for my first Triathalon.  Final weigh in on April 1st 2012 was at 175lbs I've lost a total of 45lbs and put on lot of muscle.

This CrossFit is intense. Nothing is better than the feeling of "I can't wait to do it again". There is a great balance of determination and fun. Plenty of space and top of the line equipment. They also have a new addition of Pilates with a great group of ladies. You must come here if you're determined to do whatever your goal is: lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, or just want an intense work out with out the distractions from the usual gyms (which is why I love it!) get in and get out feeling AWEsome! And meet great people while you at it. CrossFit is a must.

This has been a very welcoming gym! CrossFit is a very new kind of workout for me and all the trainers here have been super patient and helpful in getting me going! Its been 2 weeks and I'm already seeing results. Very addicting. Highly recommended.
